Semolina Cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache
Are you looking for something to satisfy your sweet-tooth? Here is a simple Semolina Cupcake recipe for beginners. These cupcakes, topped with Ganache, are very soft and moist and melts in the mouth.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour (Maida). 250grams
Vanilla Essence. Half tsp
Powdered Sugar. 250grams
Semolina (Rava). 125grams
Eggs. 6
Butter. 250grams
Baking powder. 2 tbsp
Method:
Step 1: Blend Butter, eggs and vanilla essence together till you get smooth batter consistency.
Step 2: Now add semolina to it. Rest the batter for 3 hours or overnight.
Step 3: Add all purpose flour ( maida) to it and blend it till you get smooth consistency.
Step 4: Now add the batter in the cupcake moulds. Bake the cupcakes for 50 minutes at 180°.
Chocolate Ganache:
Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate. 250grams
Fresh cream. 200grams
Method:
Step 1: Heat the fresh cream till it comes to a boil.
Step 2: Remove the fresh cream from the stove and add chopped dark chocolate to it. See to it that the dark chocolate is completely coated with the fresh cream and let it rest for a few minutes.
Step 3: stir continuously till you get smooth consistency and your ganache is ready.
