Christmas Rum Balls

Christmas is the season of sweets. Rum balls are Christmas favourites and are loved by everyone. Here is a simple and delicious Rum balls recipe that can be made in no time.  Ingredients : Wine cake/ Chocolate Cake.       1 Dark Chocolate.                            500grams Rum.                                                50ml Raisins.                                           Handful Sprinkles (optional)                                   Method:  Step 1: Crumble the chocolate/wine cake. Roughly about 300-400 grams. Mix the crumbled cake and 250 grams of melted dark chocolate until well combined. Step 2: Add handful of Raisins and Rum to it and mix it very well. The mixture would be a little moist due to the rum. Step 3: Melt the remaining 250 grams of  a dark chocolate. Make small balls of the mixture and dip them into the dark chocolate. See to it that the balls are very well coated with the melted chocolate. Step 4: Top the Rum balls with some colorful

Semolina Cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache

Are you looking for something to satisfy your sweet-tooth? Here is a simple Semolina Cupcake recipe for beginners. These cupcakes, topped with Ganache, are very soft and moist and melts in the mouth.  Ingredients: All purpose flour (Maida).   250grams Vanilla Essence.                     Half tsp Powdered Sugar.                   250grams Semolina (Rava).                   125grams Eggs.                                         6 Butter.                                     250grams Baking powder.                     2 tbsp Method: Step 1: Blend Butter, eggs and vanilla essence together till you get  smooth batter consistency. Step 2: Now add semolina to it. Rest the batter for 3 hours or overnight. Step 3: Add all purpose flour ( maida) to it and blend it till you get smooth consistency. Step 4: Now add the batter in the cupcake moulds. Bake the cupcakes for 50 minutes at 180°. Chocolate Ganache : Ingredients: Dark Chocolate.        250grams Fresh cream.
