Christmas Rum Balls
Christmas is the season of sweets. Rum balls are Christmas favourites and are loved by everyone. Here is a simple and delicious Rum balls recipe that can be made in no time. Ingredients : Wine cake/ Chocolate Cake. 1 Dark Chocolate. 500grams Rum. 50ml Raisins. Handful Sprinkles (optional) Method: Step 1: Crumble the chocolate/wine cake. Roughly about 300-400 grams. Mix the crumbled cake and 250 grams of melted dark chocolate until well combined. Step 2: Add handful of Raisins and Rum to it and mix it very well. The mixture would be a little moist due to the rum. Step 3: Melt the remaining 250 grams of a dark chocolate. Make small balls of the mixture and dip them into the dark chocolate.
